The CCS CWAS3 (RM6320) submission window closed at 15:00 on 21 May 2026. Below is the complete post-submission timeline through to framework commencement on 21 January 2027.

CCS is now evaluating submissions. Assessment summaries are due 11 January 2027, with framework commencement on 21 January 2027. If you submitted, monitor the BravoSolution portal daily for clarification requests. If you missed the window, the next opportunity at this scale is CWAS4, unlikely before 2034.

ITT Published and Live
Crown Commercial Service published the CWAS3 RM6320 Invitation to Tender. Express Interest window opened on the BravoSolution eSourcing portal.
30 April 2026 at 15:00
Clarification Question Deadline
Final date for suppliers to submit clarification questions through the eSourcing portal. Questions submitted after this time will not receive a response.
11 May 2026
CCS Publishes Clarification Responses
CCS publishes responses to all clarification questions received. Bidders should review these carefully as they may affect response content.

Tender Submission Deadline
All tender responses must be submitted via the BravoSolution portal by this time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Assessment Summaries Issued
CCS issues assessment summaries and publishes the contract award notice.

End of the mandatory standstill period following contract award notification.

Framework Commences
Framework Alliance Contracts are formally awarded. CWAS3 becomes operational for call-off procurement.

How to Apply for CWAS3
The CWAS3 framework application is submitted entirely through the Crown Commercial Service BravoSolution eSourcing portal. You must first register on the portal and express interest in the CWAS3 RM6320 opportunity. Once you have expressed interest, you will gain access to the full ITT document pack including all 45 buyer attachments, pricing matrix workbooks, and quality questionnaire templates.
The submission itself comprises four elements: the Qualification Envelope covering your organisation details and lot selection preferences, the Financial Viability Risk Assessment using either the Gold or Silver FVRA tool depending on your target sub-lots, the Quality Questions covering methodology, supply chain management, continuous improvement, and delivery resilience, and the Pricing Matrices for every sub-lot you select.
