What is the Pagabo Developer-Led Framework?
The National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes is a next-generation Pagabo framework worth up to £26 billion. YPO is the procurement authority and Pagabo is the framework manager. It has seven lots and runs for four years from 19 October 2026, compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and the Procurement Regulations 2024.
When is the bid deadline?
Bids must be submitted by 12pm on 3 July 2026 through the Pagabo in-tend portal. We provide last-minute bid writing, submission review and full bid management ahead of the deadline.
How many lots does it have?
Seven lots. Lots three to six each cover eight development types, split across eight geographic areas: the North, Midlands, South West and South East of England, London, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
