Bid Writer
As a Bid Writer at Glaxtons, you will develop clear, compelling, and compliant responses for public sector tenders and frameworks. Working across construction, facilities management, professional services, digital, and transport sectors, you will collaborate closely with Bid Managers, subject matter experts, and clients to transform complex information into persuasive, score-winning content.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing high-quality responses to tender questions
- Reviewing and editing draft content for clarity and compliance
- Interpreting ITTs, PQQs, and framework requirements
- Working to structured bid plans and deadlines
- Supporting continuous improvement of bid content and templates
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience writing public sector bids
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Ability to write clearly under time pressure
- Understanding of evaluation criteria and scoring
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Bid Director
The Bid Director will lead and oversee our most strategic and high-value bids. This role is responsible for shaping bid strategy, guiding clients, and ensuring submissions are commercially strong, compliant, and competitive. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and play a central role in growing the reputation of Glaxtons as a best-in-class bid consultancy.

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of bid projects by keeping everything organised, on track, and communicated clearly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and supporting multiple workstreams. You will work closely with Bid Managers and the wider team to ensure deadlines are met and information flows smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating bid schedules and milestones
- Managing document control and version tracking
- Liaising with internal teams and clients
- Supporting meetings, actions, and follow-ups
- Maintaining trackers and project documentation
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Confidence working with multiple deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication

Administration Assistant
